hey dinesh,you cannot get cse in Andhara University.But you can get branches like biotechnology,ceramic engineering that too in the last rounds of the counselling.You need to try other universities and good pvt colleges for that branch.You may get that in ANU,JNTU-kalikiri, Gayatrividyaparishad,VR siddhartha etc.

jntu have not announced the cutoff for 2019 yet..so it takes some time to declare the cutoff, but in the andhra university for the girl oc candidate the the cutoff for computer science engineering the cutoff is declared as per the 2018 cutoff is 1257 so its difficult to you

Generaly cs branch at au fills up by rank 1000. So you might get in the very last rounds or maybe you can try for another branch and then continue with internal sliding after 1st year.
