hey dinesh,you cannot get cse in Andhara University.But you can get branches like biotechnology,ceramic engineering that too in the last rounds of the counselling.You need to try other universities and good pvt colleges for that branch.You may get that in ANU,JNTU-kalikiri, Gayatrividyaparishad,VR siddhartha etc.

jntu have not announced the cutoff for 2019 yet..so it takes some time to declare the cutoff, but in the andhra university for the girl oc candidate the the cutoff for computer science engineering the cutoff is declared as per the 2018 cutoff is 1257 so its difficult to you to get into it..for your rank in andhra universtity you can get the branch biological engineering.

You may be waitlisted but thats also a very slim chance

Generaly cs branch at au fills up by rank 1000. So you might get in the very last rounds or maybe you can try for another branch and then continue with internal sliding after 1st year.

Or you can try a different college altogether

You won't get a seat in Andhra university as your rank is so high. You need to secure rank around 1k-2k inorder to get a seat in good branches like cse, ece, eee

There are less chances to get a seat. Go through  other colleges, because you need to get below 10 k for any stream
