Your rank will not be able to get CSE or IT at both CEG and MIT. If you are desired to study at the either of the above mentioned institutions, you have chances to get a seat in Rubber and plastic technology at MIT and Printing technology at CEG.

I believe the rank you mentioned is TNEA 2019 rank. If yes, then you can get admission for agricultural engineering for this rank at many colleges. But the college you get depends on category you belong to. You haven't mentioned your category so I couldn't name colleges.
