CSE is always the better Choice in Engineering to pursue B.tech degree. CSE and IT are almost similar but the CSE students have more technical Syllabus and application compared to IT students. So the CSE students can function well and can do multi tasking.  So Many opportunities knock CSE department. It's your Choice
