Yet there are many doubts because whether did you submit your other state certificate such as nativity certificate and etc.,If you submitted it then you can contact the DOTE directly.If not then you must submit with nativity certificate.

As per your cutoff you may get seat in Rubber and Plastic technology by refering your cutoff to previous year cutoff.For remaining courses cutoff is not enough to get seat in MIT university.

As per your cutoff it is difficult for you to get placed in Government college in both coimbatore and salem for any branch.Since the last year closing cutoff is 190.50 for Coimbatore college and 189.50 in Salem college.You better try some other college.
