Am i eligible for tnea special reservation cateogary for ex service men but my father is serving now in army till 1year left to retirement

Well you are asking for special reservation in ex-service men,if your father is still in army, you cannot choose the ex-servicemen category as during document verification, it will create a problem in counselling.

BC category:300-310

MBC category:Around 280 to 290

Sorry to say that TNEA counselling registrations are closed at the end of may 2019, and further no registrations are accepted.

The random number & certificate verification schedule has been published.

You can join TN Colleges only through management quota.

My son is US citizen. Will he be able to get admission through TNEA

Sorry mam,

Only people residing in INDIA can apply for TNEA Counselling to secure seats in colleges in TAMILNADU.

Even the other state student have very less chances of securing seats when compared to tamil nadu students.

Other country students only can get seats through management quota.

Does student from andhra pradesh can apply for anna university? Studying from 1st standard to 12th in andhra pradesh

For TNEA is, even students who are non residents of TamilNadu too can apply for it. But, before that, there are certain eligibility criteria which one must adhere to before applying. So, please go through the following link and check if you fall under those criteria to be eligible for TNEA. Sir, my cut-off is 192.5 ,can i get biomedical engineering in Anna University?

You have not mentioned which category you belong to.
With a cut off score of 192.5 , if your category is general or BC, then you stand on a tight spot. But, if it is SC or St, then you have fair chance to get Bio medical engineering in Anna University, College of engineering, Guindy campus when comparing the results of previous years.

But, With a cut off score of 144, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the Jeppiar college of engineering when comparing the results of previous years. Since, it is among the best colleges which are affiliated to Anna university, one should require a minimum cut off of something which is not less than 180 to procure a seat there. I got 180 cutoff, i'm MBC category , what colleges will i get in anna university counselling...is ssn possible??,, for CSE or IT

Hi aspirant,

Please note that SSN has become autonomous and it is no longer under Anna University. Thus, you can not get into SSN through Anna University counselling. You need to apply to it seperately like other private colleges like SRM and VIT. All the best
