Since you are not going for certificate verification to the TFC,you will not able to attend the counselling.Because in TFC centres they will check the certificates and they will send the details to the TNEA main centre.If you are not participating then you will not be eligible

PSG college in Coimbatore, is offered by Anna University and approved by AICTE. In the branch of Mechanical Engineering, there are 120 seats. This is for normal Mechanical Engineering. If you're talking about scoring 190 in TNEA, you can easily get into Anna University, Chennai and Tiruchirapally campuses. Colleges like MIT, SSN college of engineering, Alagappa college of engineering, PSG college of technology, other top colleges offer you seats readily.
