Since you're a PCM student for getting B.Tech Biotechnology you can easily apply for IIT Mains. A lot of IITs and NITs have B.Tech in Biotechnology. The eligibility for getting a govt. College is min 75% in boards and respective merit in JEE Mains and Advance.

There are many other private colleges also for  B.Tech Biotechnology for example DY Patil College of Bioinformatics and Biotechnology. You can apply for MH CET and get into this college.

You can get fee reimbursement from Andhra Pradesh Government if you are eligible for the reimbursement, though you want to join in MBA college in Tamil Nadu after writing TANCET in 2019. So check for the eligibility criteria and get reimbursement if you are eligible.

Your daughter has scored pretty decent marks. She can get into one of the finest colleges which take admissions through TNEA. The possible colleges are MIT, Anna University, Chennai; PSG university of Technology, Alagappa College of Engineering. 

If you're particular about her joining in one of the good branches, I'll give you the details regarding the cut offs of the respective colleges. Your daughter is capable of getting into MIT with Computer Science Engineering whose cut off is 176, Aeronautical Engineering with the cut off of 186.

There is a fair chance for you to get into MIT with one of the finest branches like Computer Science Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronica Engineering, Information Technology. The cut offs are 176, 185, 176, 180 respectively.

Application forms can be obtained online from the website. Rank lists based upon the TANCA (GATE and/or TANCET) are hence released and counseling is conducted based upon the ranking.

Don't worry. U can get it corrected at the time of certificate verification. Some of them are giving a requisition letter to a common registration centres which will be sent to DOTE and inturn it will be corrected. During certificate verification all small issues will be rectified. Good luck.

TNEA 2019 will offer admission to all eligible candidates into 571 participating engineering institutes of Tamil Nadu. There will be no entrance examination under TNEA, rather the qualifying examination (10+2) scores of the candidate will be taken into consideration for admission.

The rank list of TNEA 2019 that is the result will be published on the basis of candidates’ qualifying exam scores in the fourth week of June and the counselling will be conducted from July to August.

Anna University has started the registration process for admissions through TNEA for other state students. TNEA for other state students will have allotment against the region wise seats offered by Anna University in its constituent colleges only.  A merit list of TNEA for other state students will be published and allotment will be made on the basis of these ranks.
