When will be the form released of Anna University for other state? and my 12 % is 90.2 could I get this college

The only gateway to get into Anna University is through TNEA. Apply for TNEA and give the exam, score marks more than the cut off to secure a seat there.
TNEA Application forms are available on tnea.ac.in.

Released application form is not for other state,,and there is no information about entrance? And seats for other state also 7-10
