your score is average as inTNEA counselling. but cutoff differs year to year and depends on candidate category also. it will be difficult to get top 10-15 colleges in this score. byt around 550+ colleges participate in tnea counselling by anna university. so you may get a seat securing CSE.

to get seat in any engineering college for any engineering course you need to get through engineering entrance exams like JEE mains ,CET,S etc. if these are your board exam marks then you are elegible for writing these entrance exams.
