I would suggest you to go through the basic concepts first. Don't just mug up the formulas. Try to understand the concepts and then you will be able to solve the questions. Practice more and more and make it easy for yourself. I wish you score good grades.

have a TANCET ME score of 31.971 and I belong to ST category.Can I get medical electronics in ME in Anna University

Unfortunately you cannot convert Anna University as cutoff closing marks well above 55 even in ST Category

You should rather go for lower end colkeges like Bannari amman institute of technology, GMK Gumidpundi,, KSR Erode College which jav ebetter chance of conversion.

In tanca 2018 college book the Anna university ceg mechanical related pg courses seats are not available for gate candidates. Is it true?

The number of seats per each PG course is not listed in the prospectus or the university website.
