There is an admission procedure called as Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission or TNEA that allows a candidate for admission to engineering colleges under Anna University on the basis of their qualifying exam i.e. 10+2 or equivalent exam. However, you will have to fulfil the other eligibility parameters for admission.

Yes if you appear for TNeA 2019 and score minimum qualification marks and fulfill eligible criteria set then you can surely participate  

TNEA scores valid for 1year only so you need to reappaear again in 2019.
