No , once you have applied to the college online you need not have to send your documents unless any information is forwarded to you . 

If the college would need so they would send you a mess regarding your documents verification .

Yes.  , you can get an M.E. seat  in Anna university CEG Campus on the basis of your TANCET 2018 score. But only if,  your score is either equals to or morethan the cutoff defined by the anna university for TANCET exams.Also the cutoff varies every year .
