I have selected two engineering course in Anna university counselling but choice list 1 I ok it and admission report is given to the college

Hey dear yes you can change it once it ends ask to college for a application that would change your choice.

Yes when the counselling process is over you can give the application and change your profile in the college so wait till the college starts.
