According to previous year cutoff, the chances are narrow. The last year BC cutoff was 199 and shows an increasing trend in cutoff over the years. I would suggest you to wait for the counselling.

u can get into Anna University on JEE Mains rank but the most important thing is that you have to be a Tamil Nadu resident or student as they take dont take students from other states, only Tamil Nadu.
