For MCA, Anna University is decent. You can expect a package of approx 3-5 lakhs depending upon your skills, knowledge and if any work experience.

Also the company you get placed in also matters.

anna university se mera cocelling call letter aa gya hai...lekin ek bat btaeye aaplog ki overall mera 72 rank hai other state quota.
