Technically yes.but there is a catch I think you have to produce a certificate of equivalency issued by the department of education (higher education) to the concerned staff of Anna university during counseling.but the most important problem the NIOS declared their results far behind the last date for applying set

College Infrastructure
The campus infrastructure was moderate at my time as there are some things which were needed like the capacity of classrooms should be more and cafeteria space should be large. Parking spaces were fine.

college infrastructure is very decent modernized well equipped with necessary facilities. the classrooms are installed with smart boards to access virtual learning. the labs and libraires are well maintained with new techs and books. the college also provide hostels for both boys and girls with mess facilities
