TNEA is not an exam it is a counseling authority like JOSSA , CSAB and JAC . But the difference is in those 3 admission is based on JEE Mains and JEE Advance but for TNEA Counseling merit list is prepared based on your 12th performance .

I would suggest you to do MBA program in any of the IIM's because recruiting management will prefer students from IIM. Anna University and PSG are good for their technical courses (B.E/M.E) but they are not well known for the management courses. However coming to your question prefer choosing
