Yes, you can do M. Tech after MCA from Anna University. Anna University has stated that you can apply for M. Tech admission if you have completed your recognized graduation from a recognized college. So by this equation, it is clear that BCA + MCA = B. Tech

Congratulation on such a good performance in TANCET 2019. At your normalised marks you definitely will be in the top slab i.e. >70 of students and it will fetch you top colleges like CEG, MIT etc. So yeah, you should have no problem in getting whatever you want
