Since you are not qualified in jee mains so i don't think you will get admission in this college with general category but still you can try for it.

thank you for approaching us . yes , scoring in gujcet and gujarath board is enough to get an admission in the dhirubhai ambani institute of information and communication technology . ( basic eligibilty to get admission is the candidate must have passed in 10+2 or equivalent exam )

No, there isn’t any management quota, only Gujarat State Quota and All india Rank Quota is there and Children of Gulf Indian’s quota is there. ACPC or JEE mains scores only work so only through merit.
