For DAIICT, it is 50% through GUJCET, 50% through JEE Main. For GUJCET the counselling will be through ACPC common across Gujarat while the All India quota counselling through JEE Main will be done by the institute

According, to the Careers 360 both the colleges have AAAA ratings which means very good.

Ratings are based on faculty, placements, Cut-offs of national / state level Entrance exams, Accreditation and Reward status and Publication record from Elsevier’s indexing database - Scopus.

According, to NIRF Ranking NIT Kurukshetra is in 60th position and DAIICT is in 70th position.

You can choose any college according to your preference and choice as both have good placements the difference is NIT is a government college and DAIICT is private college.

Daiict minimum percentage criteria to apply is not officially mentioned. It takes admission for Btech through Jee Mains.  And to apply in Jee Mains, For admissions to NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs, you should have secured at least 75% marks in class 12th exam or be in the top 20 percentile in the class 12th exam. If from reserved category, the eligibility criteria is 65% marks in class 12th. But because you have less percentage then you can apply in state level colleges through Jee Mains.

DAIICT B.Tech admission to all India category candidates and will be used to fill 50% of seats. Remaining 50% seats will be filled through GUJCET exam. Therefore to get admission in DAIICT through ACPC you will be required to give GUJCET exam.
