According to your percentile in jee mains your general rank will be approx 33000 .DAIICT takes admission on the basis of jee mains and GUJCET. There is no fixed cutoff for jee mains, as this college doesn't disclose the cutoff ranks for jee mains.

NO, it is not necessary. 

For Nirma, eligibilty is:

(a)Candidate should have appeared JEE (Main) 2019.

(b) Candidate must have passed 12th Science Examination with two compulsory subjects of Physics & Mathematics and one optional subject (Chemistry or Biology or Computer or Vocational Subject) from single board,

The admission to B.Tech programme at DAIICT will be at All India Level and Gujarat State Level, It takes teh admission through JEE MAin & GUJCET Entrance Exam, If you belong to the other state then on the basis of JEE Main score you can apply. You can check about

Are you asking for Lateral Entry programme? If yes then DAIICT does not offer Lateral entry programme. In case you have any other query then let me know.
