IIIT bhagalpur is established in 2017.Here there is no placement scenario yet because this college is functioning from 2017 so  there is no passed out students from this college.The total fee structure of this college is 8.33L.Infrastructure of this college is good.Faculty is very helpful to the students.Based upon your interest you can decide.Hope this information helps you.

Indian Institute of Information Technology, Bhagalpur is one of the Indian Institutes of Information Technology, Bhagalpur, Bihar. The institute began operating at the 50-acre campus of the Bhagalpur College of Engineering in July 2017. It is being mentored by  Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.

• Fee structure: INR 8.33 lakh (Total fees)
• As the college is started from 2017, not a single batch is passed out yet from this college.
• As it is associated by IIT Guwahati, it can assumed that placements opportunities will be good.
• The College's course is updated in all relevant subjects and also included market-demand oriented subjects such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, as well as planning a campaign on social values.
• The college has all relevant facilities like wi-fi, library, hostel ,playgrounds, seminar halls and many more.

In my opinion, you should try other IIIT. Consider it as a last option. If you don't have any other IIT or IIIT as a option, then definitely you should go for this. Because It is an IIIT, and you can expect better placements opportunities in future for your batch as compared to other colleges.

iiit bhagalpur=> College was established very recently in the year of 2017 being mentored by IIT Guwahati. Hence, the first batch of college would pass out in the year 2021.

MDU Rohtak=> University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak has a training and placement cell to organise the placement procedure for the students. The cell provides training programmes on personality development and communication skills and helps them prepare better for the recruitment process.

Average Package= 3-4 lakhs

i think you should join the college which is near your home and budget range.  Both are almost same.

IIIT Bhagalpur is one of the newest IIITs in India. Till now they are offering ECE, CSE and mechatronics engineering. Since its a new institution it will grow a lot in future for sure because its one of the IIITs I am saying so because it takes students from jee mains and genrally the students who qualifies jee mains have some talents. Although it has to grow liitle bit more. If you want to take admission you can take because untill and unless you yourself work hard you will never get placed in any company. If you work hard surely you will create your future bright.

So, according to my research and student reviews IIIT Kalyani is more preferred among the two mentioned above due to various reasons some of which i would like to share like-

friendly support of seniors and faculty members

Placement are most likely will be within IIIT whose average package for Computer science was 9 lakh for 2019 and many more.

Yes fee waiver scheme is available at IIIT BHAGALPUR for students whose parent's income is below poverty line. Students who have family income less than 6 lakhs per annum are eligible for 50% fee waiver scheme.
IIIT BHAGALPUR offers a scholarship namely, National Fellowship and Scholarship for Higher Education for ST/SC students. Under this scheme, top-class education scholarship is sanctioned to SC students admitted to BTech programme whose parental annual income is less than Rs 6 lakhs. The benefits of the scholarship include Full tuition fee concession, living expenses worth Rs 2,220 per month, books and stationery of Rs 3,000 per year.

Indian Institute Of Information Technology, Bhagalpur (IIIT BHAGALPUR) is better option for you because electronic branch is more demanding now a days. IIIT Bhagalpur is a joint venture of Govt. of Bihar (35%), Govt. of India (50%) and Beltron(15%). We can not say anything about placements because it's established in 2017 so first batch will passout in 2021.
