Yes fee waiver scheme is available at IIIT BHAGALPUR for students whose parent's income is below poverty line. Students who have family income less than 6 lakhs per annum are eligible for 50% fee waiver scheme.
IIIT BHAGALPUR offers a scholarship namely, National Fellowship and Scholarship for Higher Education for ST/SC students. Under this scheme, top-class education scholarship is sanctioned to SC students admitted to BTech programme whose parental annual income is less than Rs 6 lakhs. The benefits of the scholarship include Full tuition fee concession, living expenses worth Rs 2,220 per month, books and stationery of Rs 3,000 per year.

Indian Institute Of Information Technology, Bhagalpur (IIIT BHAGALPUR) is better option for you because electronic branch is more demanding now a days. IIIT Bhagalpur is a joint venture of Govt. of Bihar (35%), Govt. of India (50%) and Beltron(15%). We can not say anything about placements because it's established in 2017 so first batch will passout in 2021.

Indian Institute of Information Technology Bhagalpur is quite a new set up. In 2017, IIIT Bhagalpur was established. So the first batch is yet to be placed. Coming faculties and facilities, all the professors are highly qualified and skilled and the Institute offers all the facilities properly like separate hostels for boys and girls, library, well maintained laboratories etc. But the placements are not yet up to the mark. This Institute has MoU with well known IT firms like TCS , Beltron and eligible students are placed in these companies. This college is in development phase but many companies will be recruiting in near future as the training and placement cell is helping in that. Chandigarh university is better in ranking wise and placed in higher position in compare to iiit bhagalpur.

Placement wise Chandigarh university is better than iiit bhagalpur. Average salary offer in Chandigarh university is 5 l lakh per annum and highestis 14 lpa .

Out of the three institutes mentioned by you in the question, NIT Agartala is better than the other two. It has good ranking with the lowest fees.

NITs are considered best college for the engineering in India. Faculty here is knowledgeable and well experienced. Nits are the value for money with good placement options.

As you know that Electronics branch is better than chemical branch and iiit bhagalpur is also better than Dr ss bhatnagar. So in my view you have to go for for iiit bhagalpur with electronics branch.

This answer is based on my view you can go their where you want and take the branch in which you are interested.

see IIIT bhagalpur has established and started its first batch of b.tech course on 2017. however there is no batch yet completed the course, so there is no placement record till now. however since it is an iiit and the college is mentored by iit guwahati, so there is decent chances for good placement. however as per the students review college has excellent infrastructure, fair student teachers ratio and laboratory are well equipped to help student do extra curricular activities and project work.

In your case your rank must be around 1,52,076
With this rank being its difficult to get admission in iiit Bhagalpur as we all know that seats are very limited and admission is directly based on merit rank.

If you want to appear in jee main April examination. The application form shall begin from 07th of February and shall remain open till 07th of March 2020.
