Different strategies and costing systems have to be applied for different managerial decisions.

The Strategic Cost Management course by IIMA has been designed to give the learners an understanding of the various costing systems that have to be used in different strategic situations. Participants will learn about the contemporary challenges that they might come across in costing systems such as target costing, activity-based costing, pricing and various other issues.
