Indian Way of Management at IIM Shillong

Indian Way of Management certification is 3-5 days of offline programme that is conducted by the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong in a model of classroom training. This certification course is to learn management skills from the context of Indian ancient texts, as these ancient texts can be a useful teacher for identifying, and solving different management problems. Ultimately this programme will enable the participants for understanding management learnings. That have all these years hidden under the stories, and studies of Indian Mythology. 

Indian Way of Management training will help the students put up an effort for finding out the learning from management through different stories. The Indian behaviour towards the fundamental management principles are different when compared to the western ones, and hence this course has been of help to the professionals.
