The college offers a total of 5 programmes. The institute provides three postgraduate programmes in management, leading to a degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA). Two of these are specially tailored for executives and working executives. Two IIM Shillong courses are for the doctoral level, with one PhD customised for working professionals. Indian Institute of Management Shillong courses inculcate the expertise to solve contemporary management and business problems in students.
