Course Overview
Signals and Systems online course is a core program provided by Swayam in association with NPTEL for students at the undergraduate level. The course is offered and curated by the esteemed faculty of IISER Bhopal. Students will get a thorough understanding and will be introduced to the fundamentals of signal processing and systems analysis.
The Signals and Systems certification by Swayam is offered in the Hindi language, but the lectures will also use scientific terms in English. Basically, students will learn the concepts and their explanations in Hindi. Further, the course falls under three broad categories that include- 'Communication and Signal Processing' ‘Electrical’, Electronics and Communications Engineering', and lastly, 'Control and Instrumentation'.
The Signals and Systems certification syllabus will include continuous-time systems and signals and introduce students to the various types of signals and transformations. After finishing the twelve-week program, students can register for the proctored examination to obtain a soft copy of a certificate.

Eligibility Criteria
To participate in the Signals and Systems online course, students must know basic mathematics at the 10+2 level.
Certificate Qualifying Details
Additionally, to obtain the verified e-certificate, students must qualify for the certification exam and submit all the assignments. The qualifying marks required for the certificate are 30 out of 75 and an average assignment score of 10/25. The overall grade must be 40/100 or more, and fulfilling both the conditions is mandatory.

Application Details
Signals and Systems online course does not require an application form at the time of enrolment. Students must sign up on the website by entering their email address, username, and password to complete the online registration process.
Also, candidates who wish to gain the certificate must fill up an online registration form for the proctored examination. After filling up the exam form, they must pay the exam fee to complete the process. More details about the exam will be given after the exam form is published.

Swayam and NPTEL conduct the proctored exam for the Signals and Systems program through offline mode, and students must register and pay the fee to write the exam.
