For admission in IIT Indore, in the Mechanical Engineering branch in 2017 the Opening rank was 3452 and the closing rank was 4771  for the general category.

Considering this you seem to have a fair chance for ME branch in IIT indore in the subsequent counselling.

In iit,indore placements are not known branch wise. But most of the students who are eligible to sit in placements are placed with average salary 16 lac. So overall you need not to worry about placement.

If you got accepted the seed by IIT in the you have to approach the college that you are accepting at and fill the remaining forms and submit the remaining documents that is required for the for the process.

              IIT Indore is one of the newer ones which had 2 temporary campuses before completely shifting to it's permanent campus in Simrol, which is approximately 25 kms from Indore city, in 2015. So currently, the campus has all the necessary amenities for it's small student strength.The hostel rooms

             Special round is a last counselling round only held by counselling authority only if any number of seats are left to be filled.There is no fees for special rounds. You chances to get seat in Electrical Engg. with this rank in Obc category is quite less.

With a score of 130 in JEE Adv., you rank will be around 16000. With that, you won't get a seat in IIT Indore, if you're a general candidate. Any reservation may be helpfull.
