72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) is an offered Full-time Doctoral program and it is offered by Central Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women, Delhi. Ph.D. program shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate must have passed with the Masters Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University/Institution with 60% marks in aggregate or its equivalent CGPA in the point scale and undergraduate degree in the relevant discipline with 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
Admission Details
- Admission to the Ph.D. Program will be common to the two categories (Full time and Part Time) of applicants.
- Admission shall be made on the basis of a written Test viz. Research Aptitude Test (RAT) followed by an interview.
