B.Tech Mechanical and Automation Engineering - Batch of 2029-01-01
Academics
I am studying mechanical and automation because I want to pursue a career in this field. The quality of teaching primarily depends on the teacher. Some teachers give in there all but some don't even take classes once in the whole semester. The curriculum is updated and it would make us job ready but we'll have to do most of the heavy lifting ourselves.
College Infra
The college lacks the necessary infrastructure, there aren't washrooms in the block. The library doesn't have chair to sit on. Classrooms have lizards and uncleanliness. The sports ground is shared by another college from du. Spaces aren't cleaned well. There is no space to sit and eat in the canteen.
Campus Life
There is nothing to do in the college campus only a canteen is there with no sitting arrangement and the ground is shared with another view college and even the location isn't safe for girls to be at. The staff is alright.
Placements
The placements are good compared to other engineering colleges. the highest recorded domestic placement package is ₹56 LPA, which was secured by students in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). The highest international offer stands at ₹1.2 Crore per annum from Amazon Dublin. The average package is 18lpa. The college is mostly supportive depending on the hod of the branch.
Value For Money
It costs 2.5 lakh per year and hostel is 60k for a semester with 3 people sharing room. It is only worth it when it comes to the placement stats but the college life isn't it.

Academics
Academics at the college are structured and aligned with the university curriculum. The syllabus is designed to build a strong foundation and most subjects are taught in a systematic manner, faculty is very helpful.
College Infra
The college has extremely good infrastructure facilities and equipments for the students and it is fairly well developed and meets most of the essential requirements of the students. The campus is spacious and well spaced.
Campus Life
The campus life is very lively, there are tuck shops, stationary shops, canteen , etc for the students , so there is no issue about anything. Also to rejuvenate the students, fests are conducted and that too at grand level.
Placements
The quality of placements have been extremely good and the placement statistic keep on getting better every year. Many giants visit the campus and hire students in very good numbers which provide a great opportunity for the students.
Value For Money
The course doesn't cost as high as the other colleges and is budget friendly comparatively , around 6 lakh rupees for the entire course is genuinely very good and is affordable keeping in mind the opportunities that are provided.

I am studying this course to build strong academic knowledge and practical skills. The teachers are supportive and explain concepts clearly. The curriculum is updated and helps students become job-ready.
College Infra
The college has adequate infrastructure with clean classrooms, basic laboratory facilities, a library with essential study material, and Wi-Fi access. Facilities are properly used, well-maintained, and the environment is clean and hygienic.
Campus Life
Campus life is active and friendly. Students can participate in cultural events, sports, workshops, and other activities. The environment is supportive, motivating, and helps overall development.
Placements
The college provides basic placement support. Some students get placed through campus drives, while others choose higher studies. The process is simple and the college is supportive and helpful , support.
Value For Money
I joined this college because it is affordable and provides good learning. The course offers supportive teachers, updated curriculum, and essential skills, making it worth the fees.
