IIIT UGEE includes two parts

• section 1 (subject proficiency test)
• section 2 (research aptitute test).

Syllabus for subject proficiency test is  your XI and XII standard Physics/Maths/Chemistry.
Research aptitude include few easy general mathematical or logical reasoning questions.

To prepare for this examination:

• Stay consistent in your preparation.
• Understand concepts thoroughly.
• Practice many questions.
• Attempt Mock Tests.
• Stay Confident.

Every year cut off score for IIIT Hyderabad's one of the biggest name among engineering colleges, last closing branch is around 250-260, which means a rank around 1 thousand . Since around 10 lakh students sit for JEE Mains, so you need at least 99 percentile to be even eligible for some seat in IIIT Hyderabad. But if you want a guaranteed seat than atleast 99.5 percentile is a must.

As given in the official website they syllabus for Under Graduate Entrance Examination for admission to International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad is based on class 11th and 12th level of  Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry (CBSE and most state syllabi). There is no chapter wise weightage.
