There is an exam for which must be cleared for getting a chance to get admission in IIIT H. It is UGEE. You need to apply for it and

No, IIIT Hyderabad does not have Btech in Food Technology.

IIIT Hyderabad have only two Btech courses. One is BTech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and another one is BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) .

You need to have very higher rank in order to get into IIIT Hyderabad.  Here is the previous year cutoff for CSE- 895 and percentile of 99.9302587 and for ECE 1934 and percentile 99.837376.

So, you need to score  those crossponding percentile in order to get into IIIT-H.

You have very low chances for admission in IIIT Hyderabad.  It doesn't have reservations for OBC and selection is made on general rank only. The last year closing rank for IIIT H was 2845 for ECE and 1187 for CSE.

The admission to IIIT Hyderabad is done through a special channel rather than josaa. The requirements for borad marks is minimum 60% marks in phy,chem, and maths individually.  It does not require 75%.
