Sorry to say, but for the provided NTA score you would not be getting admission in IIIT Hyderabad. You should try other colleges.

IIIT Hyderabad is one of the most sought college in JEE mains.

And the CSE cutoff for IIIT Hyderabad almost shoots upto the score of 260-280, which turns out to be more than 99 percentile in JEE mains.

and even the ECE cutoff is around 340, so,

Hello charan, no you won't be able to get ECE OR CSE branch in IIIT Hyderabad on this JEE mains rank because the cutoff for these two courses barely goes above 4,000 ranks. so I don't think you would have a chance of getting admission here. I suggest you apply
