JNTUH is the one of the top University in Hyderabad and first of all congratulations for getting seat in JNTUH and they have a college hostel facility and they charge very less you need to pay approximately 1500-2000 per mess and 15000 you need to deposit and they won't charge more you can directly contact with administration people they will help you all and tell you how to apply everything just visit campus and there you will find faculty for help to fill all your details to book your bed in hostel and ofcourse hostel facility will available for all if you got through couselling

I think your score is not bad any maybe yo apply for Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad but you may know that they have even higher standard as you think they have higher than 159. So my suggestion is that you may apply for it but also seek other option as your backup plan may help in future.

if you have qualified in gate you will surelyy get stipend. it doesnot depends on any particular institute.

but the stipend money can be vary from institute to institute. in iits students usually get 12400. and some private and government college it comes around 8000-10000. so contact the college authority for particular details.

Coming to your rank, with my knowledge, it will be tough to get Civil in Osmania University and JNTUH as they are one of the most sought after universities and there will be many more candidates with better ranks waiting for the seats. You can still try for these universities but I would suggest you to keep back up options too.

I would suggest you to participate in the counselling properly and wait.
