But sugestion would be to choice OU , JNTU H in first prefrence and then the rest colleges .

you have good rank and may at this rank you may some good Institute because I think that 829 rank is not bad rank and may be eligible for this but it difficult as you think it not because you belong to OC category or you are non-local it depends
