It is possible for you to get a seat in ECE branch in JNTU Hyderabad only if you belong to SC/ST category because the closing ranks of these two categories are within the range of your rank. I would suggest you to go for second councelling and as you have a great rank it is possible for you to get in any other top college and ECE branch. All the best
