according to the rank you secured yes you can get into jntuh university with free seat provided by the govenment conveynor quota and will be elligible to fee reimbuirsement if you belong to category other than oc.also check other colleges like hitam,gitam and iit amd iiit hyderabad,bits pilani hyerabad providing similar facilities in academics.

according to the rank that you scored in eamcet yes you can get into jntu hyderabad university with the streams ece and cse were top in the jntuh.and also check the availability of scholarship and fee reimbuirsement as per caste you belong to.

also check other iit and iiit hyderabad and gitam university and few other colleges providing similar facilities of jntuh.

as per your rank you are elligible to apply for the university but the present year intake is much on pessure and high in demand in telangana as the inter board exam result percentage was less.

so its better that you can also go with other affiliated colleges of jntuh and osmania.

The closing rank ( general) for your category was nearly 23000 in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderbad  and 19000 in Osmania University. Since your rank is far better than the closing ranks, therefor you can choose any of the two colleges along with the course of ypur choice.

As you mention you rank with your rank it is difficult to get college like O.U  and JNTUH because in this college candidate are  first selected  by GATE examination  or rank and then the vacancy on left seat   filled with ts pgecet rank... so  competition  are very high among ts pgecet rankers.. so it is difficult

But there are some colleges where you can try:-

• Nalla Narsimha ready Education Society's  group of Institution
• Deccan College of Engineering and technology
• Abhinav Hi- tech College of Engineering and Technology

Dear as er the last year cutoff you can get it but might be this year cutoff varies as per the standard of paper and recent cutoff of paper of EAMCET so we are not sure about it but last year trends you can get it don't worry about it you can find other option too.

So you have got a rank of 849 in Civil branch TS PGECET 2019. The lowest cut off marks for closing rank of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad for General category was 98 and 112 for the opening rank. For SC category, the range of marks between that of opening and closing ranks are 96 to 61 respectively. For ST category, the range of marks between that of opening ranks and closing ranks are 89 to 54. If you have scored between these marks then you have a chance for admission in JNTUH.
