you have no other go its a govt recognised college  so you need to go and write or else if let this continue your certificate will be cancelled soon make sure you clear your back logs

congrats for such a great rank firstly , while you will definately get the EEE branch in JNTU kakinada , or even Osmania University but let me suggest you EEE branch is really very tough campartively to all other branch frankly while if you hard work you have good future in it.

the no.of seats in ou+jntuh=50(approx)

cbit =24

vasavi=24    so to secure seat in any one of the following colleges you have to secure a minimum rank

below 100(branch rank)
