Yes, you will get CSE branch in JNTU ,karimnager and jntu sultanpur.if you have passed 12th with pcm , you are definitely eligible for CSE  .

Last year 1328 is the cutoff for jntu CS branch for BC-E boys. For 20415 it is very difficult to get jntu but you may get MET branch in the same college. Go through this link for details -
