There are two routes that enable one to pursue aviation as a career:

• Route 1: Civil Aviation (Non-Military Aviation/ Commercial Pilot);
• Route 2: Indian Defence Forces (Air Force)

Civil Aviation/ Commercial Pilot

A Commercial Pilot is a pilot who flies a specific aircraft type for an airline and holds a commercial pilot certificate issued by an authority.

• Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry being compulsory subjects.
• You have the option of doing these two subjects from National Institute of open Schooling and then start your Pilot training course that permits you to take off flights approved by the flying clubs of the country.
• a minimum of 50% is required in class 12th
• Student Pilot License is 16 years
• Private Pilot License is 17 years
• Commercial Pilot License is 18 years
• Take written test followed by aptitude test and then interview by DGCA.
• Then obtain your license
• This consists of an Oral test and will be taken by the Chief Instructor at the School, or the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) representative. This license allows you to get flying training and permits you to take off flights on gliders or small planes that are generally provided by approved flying clubs of the country.

After Class 12th

• The National Defence Academy (NDA) is the first opportunity that you would get, to be a part of this esteemed institute and join the flying branch.
• Under this entry, the selected candidates are trained for a period of 3 years, at the National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla.
• After the successful completion of the training, candidates are commissioned as a Permanent Commission Officer and posted as a Pilot at one of the Air Force Stations.

To be a successful pilot in career you should have to take the courses of Government polytechnic JNTU, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, ECE branch of study of 3 years diploma in electronics and communication engineering which is one of the subjects of pilot training course.

To be a successful pilot one has to be 12 science pass out student and and have accuracy of mind  tolerence and crisis management ability and skill, they should be also disciplined and well mannered and have a very good eyesight.

Rank are a subject to change from year to year.However in AP EAMCT the cutoff rank as per in 2017 for CS branch was about 16139 and in 2019 it was 13664 in first round.The rank for chemical engineering and the ECE remains quite high.The lowest rank goes for CSE and IT.

Yes, there is Hostel Facility for M.Tech Students at JNTU Anantapuram. JNTU A though being a newer technical institite has good infrastructure, faculty and provides strong engineering education following Curriculum of JNTU.

In Jawaharlal Nehru technological University, Hyderabad there are 13 seats available in M.Tech Environmental Management in regular course and 5 seats are available in M.Tech Environmental Management in SNS course. There is no specific number of seats that will be allotted GATE qualified and TS PGECET qualified candidates. The first priority is given to the candidates who have qualified in GATE. After allotment of the seats to the GATE qualified candidates the remaining seats are allotted to the candidates who have qualified in TS PEGECT based on their ranks. So the number of seats for GATE and TS PGECET qualified candidates will not be the same every year.

It is difficult to predict the exact marks with which you may get seat in JNTUH. It is very difficult to get seat in JNTU, Hyderabad through TS PGECET because the preference is given to GATE qualified candidates. You need to score minimum 75-80 marks in TS PGECET to have decent chances of getting seat. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

You didn't mention your category whether you belong to any reserved category. If this is your General rank then there is chance but if it is your category rank then it will be difficult for you to get admission.

If it is your All India Rank then the chances of getting Osmania University and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad is very probable but if it is your category rank then it is difficult. Regular fee in JNTU or OU is 30,000 per year which is very less compare to other institutions. You also have not mention in which course you are interested to take admission. Infrastructure of college is good. Faculty members are also very educated and are very frank in nature to help the students. Placement record of college is okay but not appreciable for ECE. As per the reviews, placement record for ECE is 50-60%, means you need to work hard both in acdemics and co curricular activities o grab the placement opportunities. And the salary package ranges between 3 to 7 LPA.
