You can get an engineering seat in JNTUH through AP eamcet rank. You haven't mentioned your Category hence your query will be solved considering you as a general Category candidate. For admission to JNTUH you must score good rank. Cut off 2019 for general Category in JNTUH us given below
Chemical engineering general OU- 7964 ,UR 4070
Civil OU 4510, UR 1682
CSE OU 805, UR 581

It's difficult to predict the exact possibilities of admission. It depends upon the cut-off. It changes every year. It depends upon the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, the exam pattern, whether you belong to any category or not.

Although it dpeends on your area of interest, I would suggest you to ahead with CSE because it has a greater scope than Civil unless you wish to join government jobs.

you will find that CSE placement is almost 100% while that of Civil is around 60%.
Also the median package is around 6lpa which is geniunely good.

Yes you can surely expect a seat in Jntu Ananthapuramu but you have only chances of getting chemical engineering in that college as the previous year cutoff is 68k. Whereas for the other groups the cutoff's are below 25,000 for sc boy category.
