KL University accepts scores based on JEE Mains, Ap Eamcet..etc. The candidates must pass 10+2 or equivalent exam in science stream from recognized board. The minimum rank to get seat in KLU university is below 30,000 you have just gone with more 5000 rank try another universities which is just suitable to your rank. If you are wiling to get 100% concession then you need to score a rank between 1-500 in Eamcet.

The package of ECE department in KLU is great. KLU is known for best quality education and placements. The highest package is 25 LPA. Students are placed in Analog devices semiconductor companies with the package of 20.64 Lakhs. Four MTech students have been placed in AMD and Tessolve semiconductor , four students of 2017-21 batch have placed in Byju's with 12.20 LPA. Overall, the placements are amazing in Software and hardware too.

The fees structure in VRSEC is comparatively very less in compare to KLU.
V R Siddhartha is far better than KLU college for MCA, V R Siddhartha College provide many opportunities to the student to get placed.
I suggest you to choose KL University.

Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation University, Guntur (KLU) does not accept TS EAMCET score. It accepts AP EAMCET, JEE Main and KLUEEE scores. If you got 18000 rank in AP EAMCET then there is minimum chance to get admission in KLU for CSE branch (for open category).

As you have mentioned that you have received 64.5 percentile in JEE mains taking into consideration that you have got 977 marks ap ip so let me tell you that it's very difficult to say what would be exact situation because due to covid the dynamics of every examination had changed.
It depends on certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
KL University's infrastructure is excellent and consists of all the useful facilities. the laboratories have all the useful equipment. the college consists of central library where we can find all the books.
the college infrastructure is good,all the resources they are provided is very helpful to the students to study comforble. and the classroom facilities are good like the size of the classrooms and they are equipped with modern tech. and best part is library beacause the collection of books ,online resources,reading areas,and maily the environment for studying if very peaceful.
yes, it has all the necessary infrastructure that an university should have . the classrooms are neat and well maintained each classroom has a very good quality projector and the seats are very comfortable to sit the college management maintains the infrastructure the living spaces very neat and clean the food too it so good and hygenic
