Hi aspirant,
This question is subjected to your interests and priority. NIT trichy is the top rank NIT college in India where does Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is considered to be one of the top private institutions.
In ECE you will study about things which utilizes nonlinear and active electrical components to design electronic circuits, devices, integrated circuits and their systems. While in Civil engineering deals with the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings and architecture.
While NIT trichy has excellent placements for computer science and it branches at the same time it is average to par for Civil engineering. You will be getting on most same package as you will get for ECE at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham but I will suggest you to go with NIT trichy as you will find more opportunities and companies visiting the campus. Also if you find interest in programming or coding, you can practice it from other sources and get placed in dream IT companies.

Production at NIT Trichy is a great Option. Production Engineering is one of the most student friendly and relaxed branches, and apart from Academics and Manufacturing, you get enough exposure to Subjects like Supply Chain, Operations Management, Data Science and many other domains. Even if youre interested in Finance, Software, Consulting or other Non Core Domains, you get enough time to exercise your interests. NiT Trichy, being one of the best NITs has excellent Placements as well as Opportunities at your Disposal. Incase youre planning MBA in future, even then this is the best branch. However if youre into PSU Job Prospects, Research, MS/Abroad, UPSC ESE, Civil Engineering is a better choice.

Hello,
Firstly NITs are better than IITe right. So placement are better in IITs. Then comparing IITH has signed numerous national and international MoUs with corporates and universities for collaboration on academic and professional fronts. Classrooms are top-notch. The library is still in the construction period. Hostel facilities are good. The cleanliness, quality it serves is up to the mark. Personal rooms with sharing are there. Every facility is available for students. Canteen, supermarket etc.
Now NIT Trichy has better placements and internships as compared to Hyderabad. 80-90% of students get placed in different domains. Companies like L&T, Cantilever, PSUs, etc., come for placements. The highest package offered was 17 LPA, and the lowest package was 6 LPA. 15-30% of students got internships.
Finally you go for NIT Trichy is better for internships and jobs offers.
Hope this helps!!
Hi,
Established in the year 1964, the National Institute of Technology in Tiruchirappalli is a government-run institution for higher education and advanced research, mainly in engineering and technology. It was started as the Regional Engineering College and is amongst the oldest establishments by the National Institutes of Technology.
The cutoff of year 2020 for CSE is : The opening rank for General Category is 163 and closing rank is 781 till 6th round.
In year 2019 the closing rank is 1281 .For the year 2018 closing rank is 1069 for General category.
The closing rank for ews in 2020 is 153 and in year 2019 is 159.
So from previous year's data you had chance to get Computer Science Engineering at NIT TRICHY.
Hope it helps you.
Hello,
I hope you are doing fine, Both are almost same. IIT Guwahati is older one and it is one of top 7 IITs. NIT Trichy is no.1 NIT. If you are getting Both then can surely go with IIT Guwahati as the kind of projects and learning opportunities you might get at IIT is unparalleled with any other institute (even for elite NIT Trichy). For NIT Trichy it is close to Chennai, the powerhouse of startups and innovation. Many Companies have there branches there. You will be getting many opportunities for interns outside your college at NIT Trichy but for IIT Guwahati there are not much companies so opportunities are also less.
I hope you find this information helpful. I wish you all the best for your future.
Good Luck

Hi dear aspirant,
You are asking about which one is better so in simple words would say the National Institute of Technology, Trichy is the best among all. In fact, for any course, NIT Trichy offers better placements and quality education that a student needs.
Also, the reputation of this college is best and holds more value than any other as compared to other colleges.
I would suggest you go with NIT Trichy if you get the opportunity to study.
Also, you have mentioned CSE. Computer Science and Engineering is one of the best and valuable branches as compared to recent times. The need for IT engineers is increasing day by day. If you have internet in government or metallurgy related fields then go with metallurgy.
Talking about IIT Indore. See, talking about an IIT tag if you want to add the tag then go with IIT Indore but you must understand the value in future.
A wise decision is always appreciated.

The infrastructure of college is quite good , big and well designed . The classroom is properly ventilated and has smart board for effective learning, The library has all the books of different categories and students can issue any of the books in respective time. There are many grounds for respective sports and properly maintained periodically.
It’s campus is so big that moving from one department to other requires a lot of time else you can use bicycles. The view of college is amazing. There is wifi facility along big big classrooms and labs. I don’t suggest you the mess food.
So the campus is having very beautiful greenery all around which makes the best nit of india look great. The hostels are although developed but their can be some improvements to make it advanced. I like the mess food.
