Hello
As per my point of view, NIT Warrangal is aa better choice as the placements here are great (around 90%) and with an average package of around 6 lakh per annum. Besides this the teaching is good (however you will need to study extra, out of the syllabus to gt a good placement).
Dear Aspirant,
In the year 2019 NIT Trichy have been ranked 9 among all the NIT's and NIT Warangal have been ranked 19 by the NIRF. Talking about NIT Trichy, it is one the most reputed engineering institute in India. The placement record for chemical engineering in NIT Trichy is almost 90 percent. The highest package offered is 21-24 LPA and the median package offered is 6 LPA for the chemical engineers and the number of students in chemical department is low so there is less competition and the placement is good. So i will recommend you NIT trichy for chemical engineering.
Thank you
Hello
yashsrivastava123.ys
, If you are confused between both of them colleges then from some research on internet I found that NIT Trichy is the best option so go for it but think about your interest because if you are interested in civil or mechanical but not in chemical then there is no benefit to choose NIT Trichy.
Hope you understand and it will be helpful for you :)
HI Aspirant,
As far as streams go, that should be your own decision. You should choose the one you are most interested in and see yourself making a career with. I would advise you not to go for a streams you are less interested in just because it is available in a good college or because "it has more scope". Those decisions will not work out in the long term. Coming to colleges, all three that you have listen are excellent in terms of academics and placements alike and you sill be good to go in any of them.
Hi, the placement and rating criteria as per top nit is as warangal>trichy>Surathkal dont know about allahbad. Coming to mnit Allahabad, 124 students of mechanical got placed and average package is of 7.18 lakhs. So placement rate is 96% there. Go for the branch which you want to pursue. Below is the chemical placement of nits for chemical engineering-
nit Warangal- Highest salary-25 LPA, average package-8.2 lpa, lowest salary- 3.25 lakhs, placement ratio- 89%
NIT SURATHKAL- the minimum salary offered was Rs 3.3 lakhs per annum. The average salary was Rs 5.48 lakhs per annum and the maximum salary was Rs 7.3 lakhs per annum.
nit Trichy- NITT has a system in which you’d have to clear to be eligible to apply for placements. The Chemical Engineering department has a very low class strength, of about 70 people and only around 60–70% of them even apply for placements. So far, the department has managed to have over 95% placement rate, with all the applied students being placed in one company or the other in the academic year 2019. Keep in mind that this list has a mix of reputed companies as well as those on the other end of the spectrum too.
All the best.
Hello Rachana
In Nit Tiruchirapalli no seats were left in 2019 and 2018 all seats were taken by the deserving candidates in 2017 they were vacant seats so they conducted just one round because only 2 vacant seats were left. You can check for yourself in this link and search for more options too

Hope this helps you
Hi.
Placement of choice depends on a lot of factors other than your perseverance and hard work such as university reputation, culture of university, location and overall learning environment beyond classroom.
Being said that, placement statistics are as follow:
MMNIT
Civil
Average: 6.54 LPA
Highest: 17.3 LPA
IT
Average: 12.97 LPA
Highest: 36 LPA
NIT TRICHY
There are no official segregation of branchwise placements provided by an official source which you can check HERE. (https://www.nitt.edu/home/academics/departments/ece/placements/)
However, overall estimation is as follows:
Highest Package - 42 LPA
Average - 4.5 LPA
95% for Students in chemical engineering were placed.
Because of the uncertainty of your question which asks what are your chances of applying for Circuital Branch being in a Non-Circuital branch. Which is a difficult task to do. However I can recommend you to take admission in best know NIT i.e. NIT Trichy and work hard to get a branch upgrade in a Circuital branch or if that does not occur, things will boil down to your efforts and out of the way study methods which will enable you to compete with IT and CSE Students in placement.
I wish you BEST OF LUCK.
Hi Aspirant,
In terms of placement and scope, the best option among the Civil Engineering at MNIT Allahabad, Chemical Engineering at NIT Trichy, Chemical Engineering at NIT Warangal is Civil Engineering at MNIT Allahabad.
Civil Engineering has numerous opportunities in both the Private Sector and Government Sector. In contrast, Chemical Engineering has limited scope.
All the best.
Hi Aspirant,
There are two perspectives here. One is the College, and another is the branch. If I talk about College, then MNIT Allahabad, NIT Trichy, and NIT Warangal are among the top 5 NITs, So College does not make a lot of difference.
In terms of the branch, your interest and passion matter first. Civil Engineering is a core engineering branch and has numerous opportunities in both the private and Government sector, whereas Chemical Engineering has a restrictive opportunity in our country.
And though you belong to UP, I will suggest you go for MNIT Allahabad, Civil Engineering.
All the best.
The infrastructure of college is quite good , big and well designed . The classroom is properly ventilated and has smart board for effective learning, The library has all the books of different categories and students can issue any of the books in respective time. There are many grounds for respective sports and properly maintained periodically.
It’s campus is so big that moving from one department to other requires a lot of time else you can use bicycles. The view of college is amazing. There is wifi facility along big big classrooms and labs. I don’t suggest you the mess food.
So the campus is having very beautiful greenery all around which makes the best nit of india look great. The hostels are although developed but their can be some improvements to make it advanced. I like the mess food.
