So think about what you want in future and decide , at the end building a successful career depends on your talent and hardwork irrespective of your degree of college.

NIT Trichy has 45 seats in open/general category.

Some students every year are not able/willing to join NIT Trichy due to their respective reasons or some of them are not from Open Category.

So on a safer side under 50 AIR rank in NIMCET can guarantee you a seat in NIT Trichy for sure. This number can also reach upto 55 but that's not happening every year.

Simply just keep your target under 50.

You need nit worry much about it. If you disability is between 40 to 75 percent then there is no problem for you. You can get jobs in many psu's and there might be no problem for you in this field in future. There are few criterias that a visually handicapped student must fulfill to get a job otherwise the applications get rejected even.

So to be sure of a seat in NIT Trichy CSE, you need a Rank of Atleast 4k in JEE Mains, which roughly converts to a percentile of 99.6. For securing this score I believe you need to secure atleast 70% of the Total Score, or 200+/300.

So your first target should be to secure 60-70 atleast in each section of JEE Main and you should work accordingly to achieve your target.
