In my opinion osmania university is way more better than nit srinagar. Osmania university has better facilities and ranking. And is one of the prestigious colleges in telangana. If you are looking for a degree from an NIT, then pick srinigar nit. But, if your primary interest is chemical

No OU comes under TSEAMCET. so OU is considered as local for telanagana eamcet and it comes under tseamcet category as AP is an separate state now it doesnt consider OU as its local college if you want to get into OU you must have to write TSEAMCET
