If you want to bag a seat in osmania university , hyderabad , your score must be more than 150 and your rank must be under 100 , if you belong to unreserved category.

But if you belong to reserved category , a score above 120 and rank under 500  is enough to get a seat in OU.

First of all congratulation for performing well in your exams. With a rank of 9277 in TS EMCET 2019 you can definitely get a seat in OSMANIA UNIVERSITY with mechanical engineering and there are 20% chance of you to get MECHANICAL in JNTUH. Talking about CSE, there is very very very less chance to get CSE in OSMANIA UNIVERSITY and no chance in JNTUH.

So go for mechanical, and if possible then take CSE.

       Congrats on your result . The rank you secured is very good , though you are from general category you can get a seat in the stream you wish in top engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh , like JNTUK or AU . EEE stream is very less opted my most of the students , since they think that it is very hard to cope with that . 

       At the same time most of the students below 1k rank may opt for IITs and NITs so you can secure EEE seat any state engineering college you wish.

That totaly depends on which field you are trying for.

You shluld know that the cutoff for bio medical can go upto ranks of 10000 and for computer engineering it is around 900 too. The cutoffs for mechanical and electrical are somewhat simillar ranging in the mid 2000s.
