Hello aspirant
Osmania university is one of the top engineering colleges in the telangana .
It is rated as top second in the ts eamcet colleges and it is also one of the old university with highly experienced faculty and staff and considered as best place for technical education in those days.
In order to get seat into osmania university into engineering stream then you need to have a three digit rank in you ts eamcet rank card and also you need have good ipe marks also.
The only basis for the seat selection into the oamania university is the ts eamcet counselling and it is done based on eamcet rank and caste wise.
There is no b category entrance like other private colleges have and it is top university thAt do not accept the jee maons score and advance score as the eligibity criteria.
So you need to have a good eamcet rank below 1000 in case you are intrested in core branches and you belong to general category.
But when i consider your marks and your caste the rank was around 60 thousand it is very high so you will have least chances to get into the college.
All the branches along with biotech branch all have a cutoff of 10000 below rank in the first round in the schedule tribe category And also it is very hard with this rank though you can apply for it and take a chance over it .
You can try in non technical engineering subjects like chemical engineering textile engineering and many other branches.
If you are luck is good enough then you can get seat in this prestigious college.
Hope my answer may provide a little bit of knowledge required for getting a seat in college.
The comment box below is always open for you.
All the best.

Hello,

In TSECET: telangana state engineering common entrance test, with the integrated rank of yours, and your vranch rank, you can get into the government colleges pretty smoothly if this is what you are asking. It further depends on the number of PWD students who have applied, then you might have to compromise with branch or college, else you will get the admission just fine.

All the best!

Hi Naman,

Minimum marks in qualifying examination for admission: As prescribed by the Bar Council of India the minimum percentage of marks not below 45% of the total marks in case of general category applicants and 40% of the total marks in case of SC and ST applicants, has to be obtained in the qualifying examination such as 10+2 or Intermediate examination, for the purpose of applying for and admitted into Integrated Five Years B.A., LL.B., Degree Course.

Provided that such a minimum qualifying marks shall not automatically entitle a person to get admission into an institution but only shall entitle the person concerned to fulfill other institutional criteria notified by the institution concerned or by the government concerned from time to time to apply for admission.

Size of the Section: As prescribed by the Bar Council of India vide the Bar Council of India Rules as adopted and approved by the BCI at its meeting held on 14/09/2008 vide Resolution No. 110/2008, size of each section of LL.B. shall not be more than 60 students. Therefore the intake in Ist Year of B.A., LL.B. Course offered at the University College of Law is 60 w.e.f. the academic year 2009-10.

The rank you have ontained in TSECET is not that good, sorry to say, but the analysis of previous years ranks shows that the top 100 students are considered for the admission in good colleges but it does not mean that yo cannot get the college but the possibility of you getting into any govt. college is very less so you have to prepare yourself with getting into private college and you are physically handicapped so if there is any quota for physically handicaped by central committee in your state then you can apply through this quota. So, in the online counselling process check for this Physically handicapped category, you may find it there.

Hello,
According to the marks you are expecting you have decent chances of getting into the college you are expecting. 600 is no less mark even if the cut off is increased in AIQ you may still have better chances through the state quota. However it also depends if you belong to the reserved categories. Because reserved categories have better chances than general category.
Hope this helps.

Regards

College Infrastructure

College is good in terms of infrastructure but it needs to be maintained well and keep up the standards and the trees are not well maintained and they need to focus on basic amenities for phd students and they have to make sure the trees grow well

College Infrastructure

The college offers a technologically advanced campus with smart classrooms and well-equipped labs. The library is extensive, though more digital resources would be helpful. The sports facilities are excellent.
