I am not sure but approx fee of last year for BBA at osmania university was around 30,000 to 40,000 and 50,000 for MBA however you can also check fee for all courses on it's official website.please go for it.

As you’ve scored only 45 marks in TS eamcet and 570 in IPE. Based on the marks you’ve scored your rank will be around 70,000 to 80,000. Even though you have EBC Certificate your rank will not change. Mostly as you belong to OC category there

Eamcet rank depends on 75% eamcet marks +25%intermediate marks. 

For general category minimum qualifying mark is 45.so you are qualified may be your rank is in range 90k- lakh
